For over 35 years, Service Unlimited has been faithfully serving Story City and the surrounding areas. This loyal and successful lawn-care business was started by Karl and Doug Ostrem.

Their business name said it all- they helped their customers with everything from painting, cleaning, lawn care, and more. Over the years, they focused more on lawn care, pest control, and mowing.

James and Carly Nichols purchased the business in 2019. They have two wonderful children, Wren and Lane. Don’t be surprised if you see them helping on the mowers as you drive through town!
